From Kevin Bushey: Planning- Flea Market/Farmer's Produce
1. Find partners- Town committees with access to funding
2. Create vendor kits (10x10 awnings/tables, electrical, etc)
3. Consignment sales
4. Invite vendors to premises (find low/rent underutilized facilities with good exposure
5. Create atmosphere for fellowship, share the Word, identify families in need
6. Determine mix of stuff to sell- household goods, prepper, clothing, etc
7. Cash only- parallel system
